We are very happy with our new metal roof—from tear-off to completed installation of the roof was 10 days, plus another day for the new gutter installation. Each of the 3 crews were courteous and cleaned up at the end of each day very well. There was damage to our existing solar attic fan during the tear-off, but Trademark replaced it with a new one at no cost to us. We love the look of our roof and have noticed it has made our home more energy efficient (even in this hot summer of 2025) and even quieter than before! We recommend this company highly, if you are in need of a new roof.

Stop what you're doing and read this. Trademark Roofing definitely knows how to do their job. Remarkable, thorough, and positive communication. We worked with Tristan, Matt Hannaford, Rodrigo, and Garrett at the Cape Coral office to install our new metal roof and gutters for a very reasonable price. Most roofers, I feel, will only tell you what they think you want to hear and limit what you need to know. I am so lucky to have found Trademark Roofing to explain details and aspects of the project I needed to know. You can't find a more knowledgeable and qualified company. It was so rewarding to have such a company beside the job, completely involved with all their heart and soul. I have never in my life met a more skilled and thoughtful group of team members and field roofers. You just can't help but feel confident and happy because of the workmanship, character, and efficiency. If I feel this way, I'm sure Trademark also has many sincere compliments. I truly believe my roof will outlast any other roof because of this outstanding company!

Trademark CEO & Supervisor Explained in Detail Sep 13, 2023

TRADEMARK CEO & their Supervisor came to our home and went over in great detail the advantages of metal roofing over shingles as well as the various types of seams and designs. They also gave us an estimate for shingles. I ordered the raised seam (that provides greater protection in storms and hurricanes) metal roof to replace our shingle roof (that was blown off by Hurricane Ian). Their crew took great care in removing what was remaining of our shingles and underlayment (the roof was only 7 years old, replaced in 2015, because the prior roof was the original shingle roof installed in 1997!). The following week (after the required dry-in inspection and after a thorough grounds cleanup after the dry-in was completed), the crew installed the new metal roof in 3 days, again taking care not to damage any screens, pool equipment, nor our AC compressor unit. After installation, they once again cleaned up our grounds and grass of metal trimmings, visible nails, and screws. I recommend that anyone looking to replace their roof include TRADEMARK Roofing Co. in your bidding/explanation due diligence. Our rep, Andrew Basic, followed up with us throughout the process of replacing our roof after Hurricane Ian. He prepared several different estimates for us to consider and present to our adjuster, and scheduled our very reasonable new metal roof more quickly than we expected. He answered all our questions as construction proceeded, and dealt with the few small issues that arose. Would recommend.

I was recently told by my insurance that my roof did not meet their "standards" and they would not continue my insurance. They gave me an unreasonable deadline to meet and I thought it couldn't be done. I threw out a few contact requests and Aidan called me almost immediately. We talked options and timelines and worked out a price that I felt was reasonable for my roof size and more so given the timeline. Less than a month later the roof was done and it looks great. I had a small skylight that was leaking. I called Trademark based on their great reviews, and I was happy that I did. Ryan Zak was my sales representative, and he couldn’t have done a better job. He was professional, punctual, knowledgeable, friendly, and communicative. They quoted me a fair price, kept me informed throughout the process, showed up when they said they would, and did a great job. What more could you ask for?
