We are very happy with our new metal roof—from tear-off to completed installation of the roof was 10 days, plus another day for the new gutter installation. Each of the 3 crews were courteous and cleaned up at the end of each day very well. There was damage to our existing solar attic fan during the tear-off, but Trademark replaced it with a new one at no cost to us. We love the look of our roof and have noticed it has made our home more energy efficient (even in this hot summer of 2025) and even quieter than before! We recommend this company highly, if you are in need of a new roof.

We worked with Tristan, Matt Hannaford, Rodrigo, and Garrett at the Cape Coral office to install our new metal roof and gutters for a very reasonable price. Most roofers, I feel, will only tell you what they think you want to hear and limit what you need to know.
